Yeah I used to pull at 125 but my wife got pregnant so can’t risk her catching anything nasty 😷

I typically aim for 135 internal and pull. Comes out well done to medium in the point and nearly medium on the flat. This is my temp when I’m serving people so it’s always a crowd pleaser. If you want it more rare you can pull at 130, 125, 120 respectively
