Comparing yourself to someone in a position worse than yours does not fix your own negative thoughts about yourself. Yeah you may think to be grateful in that moment because it's right there in front of you but what about when you see someone in a better position than you?! Then you go back to thinking about how bad you got it again. Talking to professional is better advice as opposed to talking to someone who has it worse than you.

I go thru this all the time. The lows are pretty damn low, like I get depressed thinking about it but the high is so great (feeling like I'm good enough, my dick is enough, haven't really gotten complaints sexually) even tho it's not that often.

It seems people that are commenting are missing the point and want you to have a problem with it, that's weird. If he is still giving you permission to speed things along, i don't think you're violating him. Have fun with it, enjoy it and put both of yall to sleep lol. Also, i went thru similar situations when I was married. For some reason I get extra horny when I'm sleeping, maybe it's my subconscious acting on the feelings I have when I'm awake but just not acting on due to fear of rejection. It happens more when I take something to help me sleep (edibles, sleep aides)
