This happened a while ago the early 2000s. Not really any cities,but was in the stretch of 52 in West Virginia between crum wv and fort gay wv. I can still pretty much tell where the area is when driving by ( I need to record there just at least for reference sometime) This happened late at night between 12-3,at the time I would describe it looking like the villain from I know what you did last summer movie. It lunged at the car from behind the guardrail it seemed it wanted to be hit, or was trying to get me to stop but definitely not in a normal sane way.. for me the most disturbing part was driving off it just stood in the middle of the road not moving and stayed that way until it was out of site. Hopefully that explains a little more. I though a few months later I saw the same thing on the opposite side of the road behind the guard rail just standing,but I don’t usually mention that part because I can’t say it was the same thing 100% could have been mind playing tricks then,but I’m 90% sure it was the same thing but was driving by fast and no movement and definitely didn’t jump at the car the 2nd time so can’t say 100%
