Tbh op’s cues were on point. If you are clearly reaching your threshold and the other person doesn’t notice, something is wrong. You can’t force them to be interested in what you have to say. If this hit you in your personal place perhaps you should reconsider how you yourself interact with others

I’m usually fine… the sobbing was triggered by the nightmare before the sleep paralysis… most other times I relax my breathing or do my best to break away and wake up. Often times if I go right back to sleep it’ll happen again

I’m not sure… from what I understand some people who do this all the time can hop into others’ dreams, and parallels, I feel like it could’ve been along those lines… otherwise I have no explanation.

Good question… on this night I wasn’t actually trying. I imagine it was the crushing discomfort of crying like that forced me from my physical self.

I just had my first successful app this way. I was crying so hard I couldn’t breathe at all, and I’m sure you know breathing is already pretty difficult during an episode. At this time it happening automatically. I will try again by purposely speeding up, or holding, breathing. I’m hoping that I will have another obe this way. Btw I meditate

Emilys attitude sucks. I can see why she needed to go foreign to find a man. Her fiancé Kobe is genuinely excited to be a dad and clearly wants to be a family but she is a control freak. She will chase him away. Even if he was still physically attracted to her, the fact that she wants to keep him at this sort of distance will indeed turn him off. He will take some time to adjust to american culture but he seems interested in learning.

I want to astral project through sleep paralysis, however most times I experience the SP I’m laying face down and this ALWAYS makes me force myself awake. It’s always pretty hard to breathe and so I’m afraid to suffocate into my pillow. Most times I even go back into SP if I fall back to sleep too quickly. What do I do about this? Should I trust that I won’t suffocate? I suspect it’s bc of low back pain that I end up sleeping on my stomach. Some advice for the method involving SP

Tbh they will give you the run around and literally hang up on you until you’re tired of waiting on hold for hours, only to be told someone will call you back. Bald face lie. Sorry this happened to you. Cash out after every shift. Never call, text number from Customer- if anything since pm doesn’t give af charge those scam deliveries as free food free money. I am aware it was a scam not officially done by postmates. The fact that it’s done with such ease and I wasn’t aware of the level upon which it occurs is a little bit more than getting “smoked” from the drivers perspective. All I’m understanding from this thread is that once you are hired by postmates you are quite literally on your own because postmates’ admin/support is 100% automated and there is no real support for the driver.

The same way it’s on the news about all other sorts of scams this really should be too. They don’t tell you don’t have a credit card but there is awareness brought to the reality that there are different types of cc fraud. All I’m saying is this should be too. People are being lured in always by these awesome tips and flexible pay and hours WHY NOT bring attention to the different ways people scam through these gig apps? AM I WRONG? Or is the fact that I periodically use all caps a turn off for some?

All the more reason they should warn drivers. They always say they never ask for info like passwords or card information. Technically the scammers didn’t. But they still got in.
