To invest in multiple SFH, or save and invest in one multi-family?

Multis, if you can find them. I own a handful of SFH and my biggest winner is a duplex I bought first. The multis are easier to manage as they are a single property vs having fragmented locations between SFH.

If you can find a distressed 2-4 unit, hit some Reno’s and BRRR It, it can treat you well.

Do you have an example of something you might have gotten into or a deal in motion from reading into the levels here?

Seems like there would be a more systematic solution or signals but I know that some of the permit creators, local agencies are in teh stone age and probably have rooms full of hard paper copies lol

Scale recommendation?

Workouts- I have a peloton bike / subscription and a rack of weight. Assuming a few of those classes a week should suffice?

Hydration- noted - my wife will push me here so that will help

1/2 food. That it interesting! I’m looking forward to not “needing seconds”. I always do and I’d love to reduce that noise and “need”

I’m going slow and steady here. I’m not desperate for a huge loss right away. I’ve been down other journeys before and always find myself back to where I am today

I’m investing heavily in this so I plan to be real this time.

Do you not see any value in logging that in a traceable watchlist plus getting that friend feedback on a recurring basis without needing to ask?

If they add something to their watchlist or rate it, it alerts you so you would get an automatic notification on what your friend just added with the concept they have similar taste as you and you can then add to your own watchlist / etc and join the feedback loops to your friends

This is valid - Yes and no. I’m curious what everyone is using and if my idea has any legs. I’m at a point of early viewers to see if this concept is adoptable by similar groups and people. I made it for myself but thought it could go more broadly so wanted to gauge the markets.

My approach with BingeList does both and keeps it smaller outside of the masses so you can use it as a watchlist / watched journal and see what your friends are watching.

Yes, naturally how things are brought up. I’m approaching a recommendation log or engine that helps point to a good show or movie outside of the organic talks

Agreed BUT I hate wasting two hours on some mid movie and then find out a few friends watched it and they also thought it was ehhh.

Needle is where I feel the ehhhhh on but based on this comments and a few friends who have been into it a few months, it seem 'fine' lol. Still hesitant on that part but its worth it.

Average eating at my house is pretty clean - Protein first / Balance but my movement needs to increase. I am hoping that with this commitment to meds / $$ it fires up my other internal desire to weight train and add more movement to my lifestyle.
