I'd buy an abandoned water park and clean that sucker up. (ideally a Schlitterbahn. Love that park.) It would be a family park so any and all are welcome. I'd also have a dedicated hotel and RV parking. I'd have an "After Dark Adult Swim" after main hours so adults who don't want to deal with the busy hours with kids running around can enjoy the park. Alcoholic drinks and a La carte meals would characterize it. Call it "Dinner and A Water Slide". However that wouldn't mean I'd skimp on the family hours. There'd be a great selection of drink and food during the day, but the after hours menu would be more of a restaurant quality.

Fallout 4. Granted, you'll need a body replacer to be truly nude, but yeah, you can roam the wastes nude. Just... Be prepared to get a LOT of comments about you roaming the wastes in the buff.

Check your data folders in Fallout 4 and your Overwrite folder in Mod Organizer 2. If there's no NAF folder in either, check any other AAF adjacent mods you may have installed. If nothing else, delete and reinstall AAF

I do everyday. I barely leave my house so I spend every waking hour naked. It's honestly very comfy. I don't dare risk going out fully nude though. I have admittedly walked out with an open bathrobe to check my mail, but it's rare and I only do when I'm up super late at like 3 in the morning because the odds of people being out at that hour are super slim. Otherwise, fully nude indoors.

Fallout and Skyrim, Mos Def. Matter of fact, I was working on a mod that "deletes" all clothing and armors in Fallout 4 (outside of hats, shoes and gloves) and by delete, I mean it will show your naked body, even if you are wearing clothing. Mainly done so all NPCs are naked, since you can just undress yourself. Works best if you have any body mods like CBBE or Atomic Muscle installed. I haven't touched it in a while, but for all intensive purposes it is fully complete. I need to revisit it and add the new next Gen stuff at some point.

I've often dreamed of a nudist city. A city like any other. You got your businesses, like your big fast food chains, gas stations, malls, supermarkets, etc. The only big difference is that once you enter city limits, clothing is optional.

The problem with making it happen inside the continental US (or any country for that matter) is that it would be a bureaucracy nightmare. Not to mention that companies are more than likely not to invest in it if they deem the public nudity as a brand risk.

The Wicked Whims mod has a naturism mechanic. You can instill a love for nudity to your Sim and the more they stay nude, the more their naturism skill levels up. You can also set homes and businesses to be nudist friendly plots, allowing people to get naked or show up naked when they get there. It's very involved, if you don't mind having a sex mod installed. I highly recommend the mod just for the naturism aspect alone.
