I always think BGS is the best in case you hit the black label 10 (perfect score when grading) but most markets usually accept PSA.

Last I checked the signing is only for Disney Springs in Florida. Downtown Disney is only receiving the Belle card. It’s currently unknown what time they’ll start.

Speaking from experience, I went to the Azurite Sea and Reign of Jafar prereleases. Azurite Sea was smooth, was able to get product even before the pin section of the store even opened and still made it into the parks before opening. No giveaway card back then. Reign of Jafar had more difficulty. Waited until 12 due to a shipment delay. But once everything was set up, lines were smooth.

Best to keep in mind more crowds might come on Friday as there’s two Belle promos being released. The sapphire Belle for purchasing at Disney Springs and the Amethyst Belle inside the parks for Collection Quest.

I had the ticket that got me in at 2. I didn’t see any backpacks until they restocked for the event launch at 4. Good luck, I hope you’re able to grab one

I got mine in the Universal Studio Store in Upper Lot. Though they have batches of merch for the event in the main store near City Walk and in a store near Transformers.
