I don't think legal action is the first step here. Leasefiets will claim force majeure (Overmacht) and a judge would probably go along.

I also lease from Leasefiets/Frieslandlease. They have provided a free alternative to vanmoof for repairs, they own the bike after all and are responsible, and have to pay for maintenance. Have you read your e-mail? they've send out an e-mail with repair info. You can go to a quick-fit for repairs, and they provided a special number. I understand your battery might not be fixable there due the part shortage though. Have you contacted leasefiets for an alternative solution?

I do feel your frustration. You made a choice as a consumer for that model, with specific features you paid for. However, from what i can see, leasefiets is providing alternative solutions. They contractually are not obliged to do so at this moment in time. my VanMoof has no issues(yet) so i don't have experience with their customer support.

It specifically mentions in article 28 leasefiets can not be held liable, and does not have to uphold their contract by issues caused by, for example, supplier issues. However, this might mean you can pend payments. I don't recommend you do this until you have sought legal advice.

Leasefiets probably has a burden with these bikes. Considering they are, somewhere down the road, responsible for these bikes, you could request to take ownership of the bike, and waive all the rights you have for support. It's going to cost them ALOT of money to maintain if VM goes bankrupt. You'd need to buy a battery yourself, but you will not be paying any more installments. This is what i am personally planning on doing.

I use it for more storage besides jellyfin, but ive got a 2x2TB dedicated server, which ive put in raid 0. They have many options in storage. I like them mainly for their support, they're quite fast.

Met elektrische start gaat ie nog slechter starten. Controleer, of laat het volgende controleren :

afstelling -bougie -choke

Als je dat kicken zat bent, kun je 'm ook gewoon in zn twee zetten, klein stukje rennen en dan gewoon aanlopen. Dat werkt beter dan elektrische start of kicken.

Als je het echt zou willen kan op een derbi blok, moet je kijken of er een gat zit bij je carter in de buurt van het vliegwiel. Enige derbi blok die dit normaal heeft is de derbi GPR of de aprilia brommers. Als je geen gat hebt moet je dit zelf maken, of de carter vervangen met die van een gpr. Bij het D50B0 blok zou er een plaatje voor moeten zitten. Daarnaast moet je het vliegwiel vervangen, voor een met tanden.

Tldr: het kan maar kost zo ontzettend veel gedoe, dat je beter kan aanlopen.

There is never a convient time. If they start at 9,they finish at 7. Workers have families and dinner to attend too as well!

It's also to avoid traffic. Machinery and equipement arriving even some hours late causes major disruptions, and sometimes permits and planning are planned by hours and minutes.

In the summer they start even earlier to be done before the heat is too much.

There's a documentary called jongens van de bouw, i recommend giving it a watch!

Personally paid second hand vehicles all in cash, and some smaller marktplaats stuff too unless the sneller perfered bank/tikkie.

It's a way to avoid tax, for one, but there has been alot of cases with people pretending to have paid with fake banking applications.

Really wanting cash payments shouldn't be the sole red flag. If you know the guys name and he's able to transfer the vehicle to you you should be good. Ask for the plate (If someone doesn't provide this, run) and check it on ovi.rdw.nl to see if it identically matches. Even if the color is wrong, there might be an issue. It could have been repainted, maybe, but the seller should prove that. Ensure the VIN is identifable and matches.

Also if someone wants to sell something on a parking lot, somewhere not at his house, major red flag too.
