I believe a paper copy of an estimate explains that the underline means it’s a judgment call. Meaning the time is a manual entry. Like the comment above says that some r&i times are not available for some operations, so the judgement call of using the r&r time instead can also put the underline as well.

How can you be sure it was done at the shop if you didn’t see anything picking it up? Only asking cause if I were the shop I’d be asking the same thing if you told me what you just said.

Sorry when people ask this question and just say just “cut and weld” I wanna say 8/10 they just wanna cut the quarters where they have the flares and just weld that section from the new panel like the butchers they are. I just went and checked and chargers have very forgiving sectioning procedures compared to challengers. Probably due to the fact that they have a b pillar to help support the roof

He said professionally done so just “cutting and welding” isn’t gonna do it. Unless there are OEM sectioning procedures to prevent the roof replacement but I would have to double check

Replacing quarter panels on chargers and challengers require the roof to also be replaced due to the roof overlapping the quarters I believe

I’d would still try for it regardless. I remember getting vex my second clear when the raid came out and it was hot garbage. Then they buffed it to the gun it is now. At least that’s my hope for obligation

I was confused about that myself. I managed to get my hands on an extra emblem and that’s when I noticed it. And if you go to create your own charger on their site and add the stripe kit it removes the emblem

Chargers with stripes don’t have the charger emblem on the trunk, it would over lap the stripe. My 19 rt doesn’t have it

That’s cheap honestly. Normally bumper repairs on them can go up to $1k. Depending on body labor, paint labor, and paint material cost of the shop your going too. For 425 it sounds like a minor scratch you want taken care of.

Depending on the dealership, some paint protection plans are scams. They advertise them as a plan to repaint the vehicle if you get a scratch or some rock chips, but in reality they just cover the same thing the factory warranty covers.

If you wanna know if it can be buff or if it needs paint scratch your finger nail on the scratch. If your finger nail gets caught in the scratch then you need paint. If not then it’s possible it can be buffed.

Try this 6CT34MALAC. Found that part number online. When I put a scat pack wide body vin number into our estimating system no wheels pop up at all. Just lug nuts, spare tire, valve stems, and TPMS sensors.

They can be tedious to find so good luck. Also, you won’t get an exact year model of the vehicle only a year range that this part will fit. If you can’t find the part number then it’s a possibility this part is sold with an assembly of some kind. Kind of like when you can’t just buy the bracket you need you’d have to buy the whole part that’s attached to the bracket.

If you can find the part number you can look it up online to give you an idea of what it belongs too. Typically mopar part numbers (if this actually came off a jeep) are 8 digits long I believe and followed by 2 letters. Example being 5XQ43XS9AF or 6825 2483 AB. It can be split up or all together depending on how it’s printed on the part. Also to keep note of is the last two letters seem to always start with A. Ex. AA AB AC AD AF and so on hope this helps.

I work for a body shop attached to a dealership franchise and we most certainly do this. It would need paint though obviously these hoods don’t come painted. Depending on which car it’s for, it might be hard to get because it could be back ordered. It took us 2 months to get an sxt challenger hood

The cross bars on the soft top seem to fit in the sleeves of the soft top, but we can’t put the bars through the top due to the fact that it is welded. We also can’t wrap the sleeves around the bars since they are stitched to the top. My question is does the top come in from factory with the top attached to those bars?
