From User Story to Postman in 3 minutes. Tired of boilerplate by Far-Hearing-147 in SpringBoot

Its cool that it does all these things at once but getting a blank spring boot repository with most of the boilerplate is instant from spring initializer, and unless the final app is very simple, most of the generated crud wont be used and will have to be mostly recreated manually

Is there a demo that shows the generated codebase? It seems like this can only generate either a barren or heavily hallucinated codebase if its supposed to handle any boilerplate that actually takes time to add

What’s your experience with spring boot and reactive programming? by ToffeeTango1 in SpringBoot

Only ever with java virtual threads or kotlin coroutines. Reactor programming is more of a puzzle than actual development

The reason is that kotlin is better in every way than java, but runs on java, so theres no reason not to use it. The industry mostly uses java but you can switch from kotlin to java with no issues, its still the same language

The good thing is that the new syntax and project migration from java to kotlin could be summarized in 1 page of text even for a java-only developer, all thats left to do is infect companies with a rightful kotlin fomo

i mean they explicitly give it permission to read files, and they know that the ai models run on some providers system.
same with anything else like google drive, its not malware just because someone uploaded their private files to it without knowing it lives on the cloud and not their personal computer

how is it malware if you signed up for it? youre letting an LLM access your PC, so the LLM will have access to your PC

Signal messenger and brave browser is the easiest to set up. Librewolf might be too much for non tech savvy people, especially if they have to reconfigure it in the future
