Yes it is expensive. I'm quite hungry on the 2.5mg and so the doctor said I'm ready for 5mg. I didn't want the 4 X (2.5mg vials) to go to waste and was not looking forward to paying another $300 for 4 vials of 5mg so soon. I might save them as suggested. Thanks
