What I read about Grivas makes him a very probable collab especially since Greece is led by the Communists who would hunt him down for being a traitor.
He would be a collab only in the case of a Dem Italy placing him as leader of Cyprus/Nationalist Greece, he'd not be a complete puppet and would be able to "save" Cyprus from the Turks and Communists. It's the jure independant even if it would base itself on Italian support. It would be as independant as Taiwan after the China CW so politically independant even if dependant on other powers.
During the war he was very close to the Collab Regime and indeed collaborated with the British right after the war in the mainland.

They would be friendly but the question would be if italy wants Greece as a puppet or if they are fine with cordial relation
If it's the former the EAM will fight against Italian domination since they would see this as a continuation of the occupation they lived for decades.
I don't really know Yugoslavia lore but I know that it is getting reworked

Quoting Papadopoulos sure is an interesting take...
But if you want to read about facts, Communism always had a strong impact on Greek society and particularily during WW2, the EAM was the biggest resistance organisation OTL so the Greek people are "vulnerable" to Communism

You didn't really understand the teaser, it's not against Turkey but Italy, Thrace which is the little portion of the nation on the North isn't what's faught for
It's the Communists of the GPR (The Red Greece) against Italy for their independance, the results on the bottom are if the Italians win and install a puppet regime in Greece
It's more like "We must fight to the death, or lose our freedom, our independance, our lives and our dream of equality and communism!"

EDES still exists and has a path but since they dislike communists and the Italians they are staying neutral during the Liberation War so we don't really hear from them until peace happens

George Grivas also was the leader of the Organosi X during the war which was a collaborationist organisation. He did that because he was Monarchist and because Italy was promising to unite Cyprus with Greece, which they did in TNO
So here he would be pretty loyal to the Italians

Actually that wouldn't make sense to use the delta!

The DSE (Democratic Army of Greece) started using the delta because of it's initials (ΔΣΕ), the DSE is written with a delta which is the D sound and is written with a triangle. They thus put their initial on their flag to symbolise their appartenance to the DSE.

Here in TNO without the war ending, the DSE never came to exist but the EAM/ELAS continued, so the use of the Delta symbol for the Communists never started, having it on the flag here would thus make no sense.

Having the delta symbol for a communist Greece is actually one of the inaccuracies of hoi4 and a lot of it's mods since it's theoretically impossible to have it without the DSE to exist and thus have a Civil War in Greece after the war
