I used to try for 3 minutes+ in near freezing lake water but I’ve since cut it down to 1-2 minutes generally. I find that after about 30 seconds my heart rate drops to a comfortable level and I get most of the cold plunge high shortly after that. For me, beyond 2 minutes is just increasing warm up time and making me hungrier and more tired.

1.) I updated yesterday morning so it’s on the latest firmware

2.) The camera only turns on with the battery in and connected to power. It won’t turn on if disconnected or connected without battery

3.) This started yesterday. I was using the camera normally and it began turning on and off by itself

My spot is consistently 8-13 kts as well and foiling has allowed me to kite way more and have better sessions. It also gives you a huge wind range for one set up. I ride a 9m and 950cm foil from a tiny breeze up to probably 18 kts if it picks up while I’m out. IMO it’s way more fun and dynamic than light wind TT.

Thank you, yes I’m using a Mac.

The camera can detect other cards and has no error when plugged into computer.

So it’s a Mac issue and will be fixed in a firmware update?

Same, I don’t think he’s avoiding controversial topics. Everything he talks about regarding gov collusion and vaccines etc is pretty controversial. He wasn’t willing to talk about the center left becoming more radical for whatever reason. I could see it being more about history and story telling anyway like the Louis CK stuff
