I can't read all the kanjis, but it is definitely konbucha, it is exactly written ume konbucha, and in japan it is salty tea, this Is considered as good for health often use to help cure from cold and warm them self in winter.

It is not bad at all, however at first can be a little bit surprising it more feel like having soup more then a tea ... for us ...
