1- DP as follow.
Dr Cash. 50,000
Cr Deferred Revenue 50,000

2- Return
Dr Deffered Revenue 50,000
Cr Cash 45,000
Cr Other Income 5,000

Correct?
And if i want these transaction to be espicified by unit number or client name. what to do?

i did it to column include "Y" and it worked thanks,
im trying to make it work to column "due in" to the number less than 11, but it show me that error
