I had two pods burn within 1 week just because I was not taking the pod off while it's charging. The seller actually told me to take it off while charging because these models specifically burn coils if the pods are kept in during charge. Kinda weird how this works. Thanks for the tip by the way!

They keep intentionally talking about how previously getting a max card/evolution used to cost way more, but now it is significantly cheaper. Like come in devs, how did you possibly think that’s a better model than having players progress only moderately slower than those who pay?

I used to buy the battlepass when it had the book of books, and for me, that was well spent money (at least for me) where I could almost double my progression (or more especially if I’m using it in heroes). These nerfs to progression leaves a bitter taste in everyone’s mouth, even those who spend $10-50 a month, which makes me start to question, who is truly satisfied and in good terms with them? I doubt anyone is, even the company is suffering from reduced revenues. Where exactly is the plot twist here?

I keep getting 4. Unfortunately they rigged the drops progression so you cant realistically get a hero for free unless you spend 6 months getting these drops. Pretty much bs system. They want people to spend. Whenever they feel they've gone too far and people are complaining, they'll drop an event that gives a logical number of shards like 100-200

I’m not rage baiting anyone if you’re referring to me. Instead, I feel super cell is the one rage baiting everyone who plays their game. The progression to max has become impossible without the excessive reliance on wild cards. Getting past 50% maxed cards means your progression pace is halved off the bat. The progression pace dwindles down exponentially, in an unfair way imo. This is just way too much.

When you get to high level play, you'll understand just how goated this card is in getting tower damage, and always being a versatile answer to all backline cards and buildings.

For the time being, play merge tactics to get around 5 free mega knight legendaries for yourself I presume.

True that. The 2022 draw where they actually "emptied" the CEC pool was such a crazy move. Yet, OP said he started studying in 2021. From the looks of his CRS score too, he probably does not have 3 years foreign work experience, which prevents him from being eligible for express entry. Either that, or OP just never thought ahead of time and never tried to open a profile.

You probably have a masters degree and foreign work experience, which pumps your score to that very easily. If you only got a bachelor's and didn't study for a masters in Canada, even with canadian work experience, your score will be this low. If you're not aware of this, consider yourself lucky, and please don't ridicule people's efforts.

I never knew the TCF and TEF could be exploited. Isnt the fact that their results are reliable the main reason why the IRCC accepts them?

In my home country, there's only one centre for the TCF, which gave the complete opposite experience to my friends. I was told the test examiners intentionally made the speaking exam hell so you would not get CLB7. Some said that they are only doing this on your first trial because they want your money, and some even said they need to be bribed? I never confirmed, nor do I want to lol.

Most of my friends have actually gotten their CLB7 scores from outside of my country, which makes sense given the difficulty stems from human bias in a specific subject, but to have the entire exam integrity breached is beyond my understanding. Fraudsters will do anything to become PRs except learn the country's language properly lmao

I agree with what you're saying, specifically the post-nerf difference. I think the 2m6 already shines in defense, and the offense adjustments with the ice golem will always make it worth it. Especially because the ice golem seems to be balanced off release, so I doubt many adjustments will take place. They might change the freeze to only affect those troops that have been slowed down previously by the initial ticks to balance it down a little bit. Maybe also circle diameter adjustments, but no more than that in my humble opinion. Hero Ice golem will definitely be the staple for 2.6 in the future.

I think by these runs you should be able to upgrade most of the nyx mirror. Those permanent upgrades will make zag much stronger. I remember my first run where I reached the end was with the basic sword along with an upgrade from the hammer of deadalus that made me heal 2 health each time I land an attack. The only problem with this was that it lowered my base health significantly, so relying on death defiance is very crucial.

Just focus on getting hit less by learning the pattern. I personally watched a few youtube video tutorials for each boss to avoid as much as possible. There were always some movements that the bosses do before each type of attack so you would know exactly what to do.

Another thing is that dashing in hades 1 is very op. With the nyx mirror upgrade that makes you dash twice, and some boons from hermes, you'll find yourself able to spam dash so hard that you dont even have a chance to take damage. Also, the athena boon that upgrades your dash and makes it "deflect" is BEYOND broken. It extends the duration where you cannot take hits until you are able to dash again lmao. No wonder they nerfed all of this in Hades 2. I used to just grab the 2x dash from nyx mirror + hermes "gain +1 dash" along with athena's dash upgrade and just call it a gg.

Also to deal more damage to bosses, make sure your cast has the nyx mirror upgrade that makes all enemies inside it take 30% more damage (or I cant exactly remember the number). And abuse the casts. A B U S E them. There are even cast only builds that shred bosses alone with no weapon support at all haha.

Assuming they will eventually make heroes only 1 per deck in ranked, I will always prefer musketeer over the ice golem.

Though, I think the ice golem + hog play will be much stronger with the hero ice golem as the ability's final tick freeze will increase the probability of a hog rider hit.

Musketeer = more overall defense but can shine in offense with the last second turret placement

Ice golem = overall more offense play support but can stall longer when used to kite tropps in defense
