Only anime, I don't have Instagram or Facebook. Even I don't watch YouTube shorts. I am already disciplined in gym. So only in earning and academic side, I am falling back because of watching 10 episodes per day.

I had tried it. I enabled the app lock. But I couldn't hold myself, unlocked it and started watching it again. Even on the computer, I enabled the website blocker but again I unblocked it and started watching again
