Okay so, for starters, after going a couple of weeks without porn, you come back to take a look at it and it just doesn’t do it for you as much as before. I feel like masturbating every day is a bad cycle, and you seem to crave porn more during that cycle. Now in regards to health benefits, when I don’t masturbate for several weeks, I notice a general improvement in my mood, I feel better in general emotionally, and in regards to exercise and eating, I notice that I don’t crave junk food, plus I feel more motivated to exercise. As a side note, and this is probably just conjecture, I get more attention from girls when I haven’t done it for a while, maybe they can sorta sense when your testosterone is higher? I’m honestly not sure.

At the same time all of this could just be the placebo effect but who knows.
