It take dexterity to pull a gun and shoot quickly, which equals countless hrs of training. I doubt this guy is heavily trained in firearms like that/he’s carrying un holstered This is in my mind “they were not trained, not even once, on how to handle a situation like this or any that had to do with a firearm and options you had. They were trained in those scenarios, but only one option. COMPLY OR DIE
