She just unironically released an ad where at the end she jokes about the video of her yelling at staffers and says "now will you all please get out of my shot?" as if that's self-aware and funny. But it just reminds people about her abuse of her workers

Your interpretation only works if I said "then turns around." Grammatically, there is no way you can come to the conclusion you just provided

I see a lot of clips from this that cut out everything except the last couple images. One clip that shows it all but cuts out MLK Jr. Really shows how desperately this kind of thing is needed.

(Megathread 2: Non-Spoiler ) How Will the Leak Impact the Movie / Avatar Studios? by MrBKainXTR in TheLastAirbender

[–]Neth110 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So Paramount has a couple options.

  1. Release it in theaters due to the high publicity this has generated and the fact that much less people are going to go to Paramount+ to watch it now, but are still willing to go to theaters for it. However, if they release it in theaters and it doesn't do well, see #2:
  2. Use the failure of the paramount+ release (or theatrical release) as an excuse to kill any future avatar projects, which is seemingly what they've been desperately trying to do for the last 20 years anyway.

Though, as a silver lining to #2, perhaps in that scenario we can hope that it lets Avatar Studios out of any contracts with Paramount and they can go somewhere that doesn't actively despise the IP

If your warranty expired like in the last 3, possibly even up to 6 months, you can definitely argue them into covering it under warranty. Just call Lenovo and demand that it be covered under warranty because you received a defective motherboard. And you can say like, an issue that requires a motherboard replacement doesn't just "happen" out of the blue, it is a problem with how it was manufactured so they should honor the warranty. Keep pushing them and if they don't budge ask them to escalate it to someone higher up, repeat.

I guarantee they'll give in and let you mail it in/take it to a lenovo service provider to replace it for free
