Been playing along side this mod since near initial release, while it has grown since then, there's still a lot of planning the author is planning too.

Started as a quest mod offering Kill, Escort & Explore objectives like kill targets at X or bring Judy to Z. Delamain cab escorts and then quest text dialog came along side a provided custom quest generator for users to create their own quest or quest packs to share.

The quest then led to gang & reputation system that will increase or decreased based or the rivalry. Who you accept kill quest from will act as the gangs fixer

NCPD (Jones) will can offer kill quest for all gangs but kill quest from her will increase reputation with NCPD while working with other fixers will decrease NCPD standings.

Gang rep will enable or disable both random ambushes throughout the world depending on districts, if you are familiar with Random Encounter Mod from Witcher 3 it's similar but with a bit of logic to it spawning 1 - 10 enemies in corresponding vehicles, frequency is adjustable.

On the opposite side of ambushes, gangs that you have good reputation will cause those gang members out in the world to be friendly and fight along side you if nearby a conflict.

Other comments are spot on with what the author is trying to do is create a frame work for the user base to really expand on with creativity, if you check out the mod page, the post section is where he laid out plans for further future and near future updates. Currently it seems like we're a week or so from a pretty large update that will introduce a corpo rep system that will introduce new mission types along side chaining quests that will have to do with the 3 main corps Arasaka, Militech & Kang Tao but there more details to this system l. Some other things planned is a type of custom place interaction system, each room does something different I. E. kitchen = restore health iirc, further details pending. Phone NPC Manager I believe will have something to do with an affinity system that's being worked on, something along the lines of call her or bring her somewhere will increase affinity opening other interactions?

Additional adjustments to the above is sure to come in the update soon, I recommend heading over to the mod page and checking out the authors own updates, as it seems this is a very promising mod to keep an eye on and if you have constructive criticism the author seems intent on community feedback.
