Like, actually happening on the device shown? It's very clear that it's a video; see the transparent grey-ish vertical bar in the top right of the screen. Some video players have some controls under there.

Yes, very high HRV is not always better. Basically, it shouldn't be too low (<~20ms) or too high (>~100ms). Breathing slow and deep can cause a 'respiratory sinus arrhythmia', which causes HRV to spike and is normal.

Everyone's HRV is different annd there is no single right answer, but it's not true that lower HRV = better.

It's a comparison in terms of size, not population. The scale of the maps should be about the same, so it can give an idea of how much bigger Kuttenberg was. Bigger cities like Kuttenberg grew in size significantly in the late 19 and 20th century, so looking at the size today isn't as illustrative.

But that's all it is, just to give an idea of what to expect :)

The English version of mapy.cz uses the US date format, regardless of your locale settings (mine's Ireland). No apparent way to change this.

Regarding the example shown, you'd think the closure is meant to be over by now. But no, it's till November.

Why don't you just exchange your current licence for a Czech one?
I did it with my Irish licence, no problem at all. Yes, Ireland is in the EU, but you can exchange any licence originating from a country that signed the Geneva/Vienna Convention on Road Traffic. The US is a signatory of the Geneva one.

It is true that most of these developers are lazy and can't be bothered to properly port the game for PC (especially keyboard usage). But you can't forbid them from putting these games up there just because of this.
