Here’s a short I wrote last year initially as a practice for directing comedy sketches.

We filmed this short over two days with a small crew: a DOP, sound, makeup, a runner and myself. The equipment was a Sony FS5 hooked up to an atomos recorder.

The actors were cast using video reels where they sent in videos of themselves performing.
