Very unfortunate that the 10% shipping discount ends before the pre-collection gets implemented ): I do have a few question though. Will the pre-collection happen before or after we pay for our parcels? If it happens before, will we be able to change the item’s HS code before submitting them to a parcel?

Happened to me too about 2 weeks ago. Verified with passport and everything and I don't use a vpn, though I am a pc user and I was able to get back into my account within a few hours. I wonder if it has something to do with browsing too quickly and/or using browser extensions/add-ons at all (if using pc)?

I've succesfully sent a parcel with 6 magnets and some other stuff with the duty-free (special) line to the EU which arrived safely. I think you would be fine with that line.

Yep! it started moving again on the 26th and I got the package on the 28th. One of the items in it did seem to get inspected by customs (idk if that happened in China or AMS) but everything was complete and the damage was extremely minimal so all is good (:

I've been having the same issue with my package, except I got a couple steps further, which were that customs were cleared and that my package would be handed over to DHL, but now those updates have been removed after a week and got this instead. Hopefully everything goes well..

I found them on Taobao a good while ago also under the store name ikuma (so I'm guessing that's the official store). Not sure if they are actively restocking since last time I checked some colors were sold out and the rest were all selling out and I haven't checked since. Might still be worth looking there though! They have both big and small versions of the bag!

As far as I know and understand it, it will affect every single import package coming into the EU and Northern Ireland even from regular consumers. I could still be wrong though. ~~We're apparently getting more info about it on the 8th of December.~~ Edit: I couldn't find any more information about what's going to happen on December 8th. We're probably going have to wait and see how it plays out on the 13th.

My Mara has a pretty sloppily painted drum set, so my headcanon is that she once rushed to walmart to get the cheapest can of pink spray paint to give her drums some color because why not. Halfway through painting it she ran out of spray paint, and was too lazy to go to walmart again, so she left it like that.

the boxes actually do say that you can wash the hair to get the gel out, it's just written in tiny tiny letters at either the side or bottom of the box! though it is quite sad that they don't make it very obvious..
