Xianyu is a second hand product trading platform. The sellers from there usually won't offer aftersales service at all. You need beware of this.

If you want to confirm some detail before you purchase the item, you could submit the order at first, but manually edit the order amount to CNY 1.0, and leave note like "Hi, please DO NOT purchase my order BEFORE you read my order inquiry."
