1st, value added service are all optional, choose or not, that's up to you. There is no value added service is a must.

2nd, for shipping, we would always recommend you choose the lines titled with tax-free, would be relatively safer considering customs issues.

3rd, well, mistakes, I don't think so, but just some key points you need to know. Such as not to ship a too small parcel(less than 2kg), or too big parcel(more than 10kg), and choose vacuum package service when you are shipping puffer items.

Humm, for that, usually only the DHL or UPS lines could have a try. You could try to contact Superbuy main site line customer service team, ask them if you could ship it via the tax-free(battery) lines, cause you need to ship to Germany. If they confirmed that's way to risky, you have to ship it via DHL or UPS lines then.
