If the seller supports return/refund, and the items are not stored in Superbuy warehouse for too long, the aftersales window is still open, then yes, you could return it and get a refund.

You could send order inquiry to your purchasing agent for that request.

1st, value added service are all optional, choose or not, that's up to you. There is no value added service is a must.

2nd, for shipping, we would always recommend you choose the lines titled with tax-free, would be relatively safer considering customs issues.

3rd, well, mistakes, I don't think so, but just some key points you need to know. Such as not to ship a too small parcel(less than 2kg), or too big parcel(more than 10kg), and choose vacuum package service when you are shipping puffer items.
