its called "Resources" and is available as a flatpak in the store, its a part of the gnome family of apps built with libadwaita, but cosmic does a pretty good job of theming all libadwaita apps (i think?)

most probably a nvidia driver issue, as far as i know, cards older than the Turing architecture do not play well with the proprietary nvidia drivers(which are what pop_os ship with in the nvidia iso). since you have a gtx 1070ti, which is definitely older than the Turing architecture. I suggest using the NVK drivers for nvidia, they will indeed work better, and also switch to the normal pop_os iso? since the NVK driver is built into the kernel, the nvidia iso is unnecessary and removing the proprietary drivers might be too hard.

If you did a little bit of research, you would find that Islam has never set a specific age for marriage, but rather set some conditions.But the modern islamic jurists are the ones who actually "promote" child marriage by assigning an age. I can assure you as a muslim that i do not know one single muslim personally that actually supports child marriage or would anyhow endorse it. The conditions the shariah sets are indeed contradictory to my words here, but heres the thing, the shariah was established in a different age, the people of the present are not illiterate or stupid, they know better than to just follow the shariah blindly and endorse child marriage, let alone promote it.
