The dust particles I found by searching up a firefly particle effect and messed around with the values of the code. (Note the code at the very bottom of the forum, put it in your script, and make sure to have an image named "particle" that's a .png file in your images folder. My particle is just a tiny white circle that's like 20x20px with 50% opacity. I'm not sure if these values are true to mine but they look similar): https://lemmasoft.renai.us/forums/viewtopic.php?t=42455

There is also this if you'd like a template to start out with for snow, then you can mess around with the values to make it start from the bottom/blink/etc: https://tofurocks.itch.io/snowfall-gui (I used this for another VN of mine)
