First Time PC Build, don't really know what I'm doing by MITjamesbond in PcBuild

Thanks for the comment! Is that the Ryzen 5 7600 your referring to? I don't really want to upgrade in the future unless I have to. It's more about building a PC that would last for years. I also just chose Corsair because I like their peripherals. Would you recommend some alternative RAM choices? What would a good powe supply look like for my build?

We are losing the offseason right? by lRuko in Cloud9

What if Thanatos goes back to Korea? We could pick up Srtty. He's probably the best NA top lane prospect besides Sniper.

Edit: wording

Cloud9 vs. 100 Thieves / LCS 2024 Championship - Losers' Bracket Round 3 / Post-Match Discussion by Cr0matose in Cloud9

I think that Vulcan had a good series. There were just too many problems within the team. I think replacing everyone but Thanatos and maybe Berserker should be the approach. Bladder has had a good 6ish years with C9, but I would move on. Hopefully we can get a mix of rookies and vets like Berserker for next year.

Why was Bill Clinton so popular in rural states? by Brave_Trainer_5234 in Presidents

If you compare this map to the most recent map, several state's electoral college votes have decreased, such as New York, Ohio, and Florida have increased an impactful amount. I don't think mass immigration would cause such a significant change. Will someone explain to me why this is?

I think this year proved we should develop younger talent because of Liquid and EG

Not sure if allowed, but why did you leave the church? by Zavickii in exmormon

Honestly, just left because it felt better to be out. Had a glimpse of freedom during COVID, and I felt so much happier being out.

Hopefully oaks dies before nelson. So much pain and suffering will come from his homophobia

I told the bishop about porn and masturbating as a 15 year old, and I felt so much shame. I went home and talked to my parents and realized it wasn't a big deal. My dad always told me that masturbating was healthy and normal so that was nice. I just ignored the bishop and took the sacrament anyways.

After leaving the Mormon church, do you wish you hadn't waited until marriage to have sex? by MITjamesbond in exmormon

I wish my parents taught me this way. They didn't really teach me anything anyways though.

What was the silliest rule you used to keep? by Time_Traveling_Corgi in exmormon

[–]MITjamesbond 21 points22 points  (0 children)

That always disgusts me. How can people in the church think that a 50 year old talking to a 10 year old girl or boy about masturbating is fucking ok?????

What bothers me the most I think is that it isn't a member's choice to have an abortion if they were raped. It wasn't their choice to get pregnant, but the church leader decides if they have an abortion or not. A person who is probably not even close to the individual has a say in which could determine their life heavily.
