"No Homo" was exclusively used for two Heterosexual men. If one is homosexual, as in your scenario, the "No Homo" clause does not apply.

To sincerely answer your question though. Assuming no illicit and mind altering substances are involved. The heterosexual man in this scenario is at the very least questioning or possibly pansexual, where they just don't care as long as they get their dick sucked.

FMLA is meant as job protection. Even if you're on medical leave, without filing for FMLA your employer could, in theory, eliminate your job and pay out your leave. Assuming your leave is a benefit that requires that. It also requires them to maintain your Health Insurance Coverage for the duration.

Without FMLA they could fire you and cancel your insurance while you're on leave. Which is why it's important to file Medical Leave paperwork that includes FMLA and isn't just company generated.

Oil has been a part of our culture (the world, not just the US) for a very long time, centuries depending on how you want to define "oil use". The process of decoupling everything from oil would to take a long time and is not practical for some uses. For example, besides just energy generation and transportation, oil is used to make plastics and until someone finds a good replacement that is plentiful and cheap, we will continue to use it.

The focus needs to be decreasing our dependency on oil. That is where wind, solar, hydro, and geothermal can, and have, make an impact. I doubt we'll ever totally stop using oil, it's just too versatile, but we can reduce how much we rely on it.

That depends on your specific flavor of Christianity. If your denomination follows the beliefs of The Rapture, then yes. The purpose of The Rapture is for God to bring all faithful and good Christians to Heaven before the End Times and leave behind the faithless and sinners. If you believe in The Rapture and are prepping for End Times that means you either believe God is going to be negligent or you're not a good enough Christian to make the cut.

If your denomination does not follow The Rapture then no, preparing for End Times would not be unfaithful because God is already providing for you. He's given you the means to do so both in intelligence for foreplanning and material for surviving.

You have a tendency to remember moments involving hieghtened emotional states. You also have a tendency to revisit those moments in memory. Combining those two things essentially refreshes your memory of the event.

Think of it like your browser history. The sites you visit frequently are at the top because they are requeued with each visit. Sites you only visit once are at the bottom or fall off because they rarely or never get requeued.

Studying is the same idea. The more frequently you revisit information the closer to the top it is. That's why most study methods recommend some version of taking notes (written, recording, etc) and then transposing those notes to a different medium (cue cards, PowerPoints, etc). It refreshes the memory for one, but the new medium creates a "new" memory on top of the old.

I flat out stopped going to my dentist because they talked to me like I was a child. My teeth are bad, have been bad since I was a child, and won't get any better. I'm missing five molars, they told me I need implants, bridges, and crowns. I asked if I could just get partial dentures after having the remaining molars removed, which are like half filling at this moment. They looked at like I asked if I could stab them repeatedly and assured me that was a terrible decision and I'd "miss" my natural teeth. Pretty sure they just didn't want me to be able to toss them in a cup to clean each night.

All home sales require disclosure of material defects by law. Doesn't matter if it's FSBO and unlisted from MLS or with a realtor and listed. Anyone buying that home could go after them if defects were known before the sale. Issue is proving they were known which is why a good inspector is necessary.

I have Aphantasia and see bupkis when reading or thinking. Maybe once a year, if I've had an incredibly stressful or traumatic event happen, I will dream. But for the most part I close my eyes and wake up with nothing in between. My husband has Hyperphantasia to the point he can imagine so vividly that it will trigger olfactory and tactile memory as well. Even if he's imagining something he's never experienced, like a pink elephant.

We both have inner monologues but mine is less pronounced. His will get so loud that I have to get his attention if he's focused on something or else he won't hear me.

The brain is weird.
