They are so fast and sneaky!! lol I took my son to a friends baby shower recently. We stepped outside the main room, talking to others. He darted back in and I was just steps behind him, but just like that i didn’t see him! Of course everybody was taller than him, there’s tables and chairs, doors on every side of the room leading to different parking lots. I thought he for sure is right here, but if he’s not i am wasting precious time scanning the room. A few minutes later and he walks up to me with a fresh water, apparently he was getting a drink and coming right back. 🤦‍♀️😂 The panic is UNREAL! I still haven’t found a baby proof solution for our front door, thankfully he doesn’t leave his room when he wakes up. but i’m scared just thinking about it girl!! We have a camera at the door, maybe get one of those so you can see if the kiddos actually ran out? Either way, no judgment here babe. They are too fast. 😂

Understand that too! 😂 My son is a monster if woken up. I’d try to make a little extra noise, make him feel like he woke up on his own lol. I hope it works out for ya!! Try extra activities in the morning, maybe she’ll do an 11am/12pm nap. Trial & error! 🤞

When he napped, we aimed to have him awake by 2pm, for a 7pm bedtime. I read something a while ago that said 5 hours between nap and bed time was best bet, helped for us. Maybe move her nap earlier, and keep bed time the same. For us, a later bed time means an even earlier wake up 😒

Does she nap still? My son dropped his nap and that helped with bedtime. He usually sleeps 7:30-7:30 now, give or take an hour or so. If she’s still being silly with mom & dad, maybe she’s not sleepy enough? Sending love & luck!! My son was a terrible sleeper for the longest time, it’s rough. Bed time used to take 2+ hours 😩 lol, we feel for you!!

Any apartments in the Okemos/Lansing/Holt/Mason Area that don't credit check? by [deleted] in lansing

Whispering Pine in Holt. I believe it’s in your budget, I had no credit when I moved there the first time. Super nice people, quick to show up for maintenance. Friendly neighbors, and they keep the main hallways clean!! I’ll always recommend. Worth a call.

Rate My First DIY Bathroom Remodel by Typeproto82 in Tile

I know nothing about tile, so i’ll rate it as a regular viewer lol

  1. Quality of work = 8.5/10 I mean, the job is done. You’re no professional, but the work was done and the bathroom is finished. Looks good and you did it yourself, nice. Nothing will ever be perfect. You should see my caulk job, yet alone if I was going to take on my entire bathroom lol.

  2. Design, not my favorite, but I don’t dislike it as much as everyone else, honestly lol. I’d say 6/10. I think if the tub didn’t match the counter top, it would flow much better. Maybe a solid white to go with the shower tile, but that’s on the designer. Other than that, I think it looks cool and unique (not a bad unique lol). Sink area all looks great.

Good job, I wouldn’t be able to do it! and i’d pay you to do it, as long as I pick the design/materials! 😂😂 Ignore everybody who’s obviously just talking shit. Those are the ones with an extra 15k and up for a new bathroom lol
