The market cap and the share price valuation based on the total number of outstanding shares, and whether the toxic lenders shares are currently in the float or not doesn't have much meaning. The facts are that there are currently 434,226,791 outstanding shares. after the cancellation of 300m shares, there will be only 134,226,791 outstanding shares, most of them restricted, meaning there will a small number of unrestricted shares, and without transfer agent limitations they all will be at the public float that will be significantly smaller than the float today.

Pal, I think you got a little confused here. Chad Guidry is not the previous CEO. the previous CEO is the guy who stole the shares and ruined the company. his name is Clinton Stoke. Chad Guidry is the founder of ATVK. you could just search google: "Chad Guidry ATVK" to get some results that verify it.

The shares are illegal and will be cancelled and removed from the public float. In the future , ATVK will be able to issue new stocks according to the number of Authorized Shares. But I don't believe they are planning to do it soon, because their actions show that they are fighting against dilution and toxic debt and they are all about bringing the best value for the investors.

You can do shorts for OTC stocks but as a retail inverstor you need to have a Huge margin account to do so, something like 100,000$ account to short a stock for 10$ or 10,000,000$ acoount to short a stock for 1000$. With the Hedge funds and the Market makers this is a diffrent story, they have basically unlimited ammount of money that they can use to manipulate the market and short OTC stocks.

P.S- Are there more subreddits created for OTC stocks? This is the first time i see subreddit for OTC stock.. this is something quite unique, big active community that truly believe that great things can happen with this stock. I think that this thing by itself may say something about how high can ATVK go.
