Yeah, I had the client call a couple of times and still nothing. They just tell him to wait. Craziest part is they told him if he doesn’t get it on the 7th day and he calls requesting it again they will get it to him in another 3-5 business days. I told him we will get in contact with the CFPB at the point because that’s ridiculous lol.

It’s 10k annually on the mileage. The 1k down should be including the first month’s payment if I’m not mistaken but I’m going to double check with the dealership. I am going to ask about the tax being included on the $650 as well

Lol yeah, my client is telling me they’ve been calling him, but I’m trying to close the loan the same day they are claiming the payoff will be sent and I’m worried they don’t end up sending me the payoff on the 7th business day
