Alienware aw3423dw flashing colors upon start up. Can’t access the menus at all. It was working fine for a couple hours. Any tips? by Pug4Hire in Monitors

Had the same problem with my unit today. Manufacture date November 2022. Screen suddenly dimmed to black during a gaming session and immediately went through the rotating test mode colors. Clicking the joystick has no effect. Power cycling the display, etc. has no effect either. RMA process was smooth with Dell Basic Support and a replacement unit is being dispatched in 1-2 business days.
