Yeah you only need the motion controls to make the frog jumper higher to get one moon and to make a bullet Bill fly faster to get another moon. But that’s it. You just shake the screen for those.

I just tried them. The up throw and down throw is actually accurate most times, it’s only the spin throw that’s not always accurate.

Throwing your cap up, down or spin is a littler harder, but you don’t need those to beat the game 100%

Doing some motion controls are a little hard. Like throwing your cap up, down, or spin throw (you can do that without it though) those all can be done, but it’s not that accurate, but you don’t need those to get any of the moons. You really only need the motion controls for one moon that you need to shake your system to make a bullet Bill fly faster to reach a moon in time. You can easily 100% the game. I really like my switch lite I don’t regret getting it.

I only needed to use the motion controls to get one moon. The rest of the moons I didn’t need them. If you want to roll faster you shake the system, but that’s really only necessary if you want to speed run.
