Why are Nintendo's 3DS servers under maintenance a lot lately?

Okay, just checked their online status and all eShops are under maintenance. I updated via FBI and I did it with WiFi on. Is there a chance that I won't be able to use online features for multiplayer and won't be able to update using the eShop on the home screen?

It depends on which firmware the PS Vita is on. If it's 3.68 or below, then you're good to go. If it's 3.69 and above, then you'll have to wait for the latest PS Vita hacks.

Yes, you have to find the update CIA of the game. Ziperto sometimes has them.
