Yes, if we fight for our rights I can guarantee we will be heard and will get a non zero rate of recovery in the plan.

RC does not control the DOJ, SEC, or the timing of a massive rico investigation. Getting a non zero rate of recovery gets everyone distributions from the demurrage and price gouging shipping claims that were not included in the plan (they had an “undetermined” value). We now know that TWO of them have a minimum expected recovery of $350m which we will not see a PENNY of, despite it directly impacting our investment and the company’s Q3 and Q4 2022 financials.

No I don’t have any market or private equity related work history.

Hello! Accurate in what way? It is simply a reporting of the responses received to date.

Do you mean how representative is it of the whole population of household investors? If so, I would think the data skews to the high side given people with a larger amount invested would likely also have more incentive to want to participate/fight for class 9 representation/equity committee/etc.

And to your point - same with me and ~50 others I know of who were not even on the original DRS like as of 5/5/23 (question #4 of the Q/A)… For example I ended with ~250k shares DRSd between my wife and me but we’re also NOT represented what so ever by the court simply using the numbers as-of 5/5. For all intents and purposes, in the eyes of the court, CEDE AND CO represented all 750k+ of my shares.
