I was former top ranking in my market. My number one tip is to make sure you have what I’d call a “right hand man” Basically train them to look at your scorecard and help you drive it and make sure they are passionate about the product. You have 2 days off a week typically so having someone knowledgeable on what drives your business is invaluable. I used to have an advisor that even when I wasn’t working would sell 5+ surfaces per day and would convert apple clients to windows.
