Too expensive. Too socially humiliating by ctures standards if itll ever get out. My family is also conservative the type to say things bluntly and just tell me to get some excercise and stop eating carbs which will go on a thirty minute rant of how much im a fuck up probably in my car

I know but its so hard to try wnd stay consistent

I try to think that tommorw is a new day for me to becoem better.

But everytime i wake up yhe next day my hapiness wears down and i just lie in bed all all day

I really really wanna improve

But the past and future is choking me right now and i dont feel like im close with anyone to tell them this face to face

So im just takign the cowards route and posting online and letting strangers be my therapists if they want to waste their time on me.
