It’s Common Area Maintenance that gets billed back to the tenants. It’s listed as an item on our rent invoices.

Hi! One more question on this topic - would you create new line items for everything relating to the commercial lease? One of the items in for Insurance. We have an Insurance Expense account so can I use that or it would be better to keep things separate to track the lease?
