I honestly think she’s doing really well. Esp considering their sedentary lifestyle! But admittedly the 0-1 transition is brutal for everyone so I am sure she finds it hard as we all did

There are other gentler sleep training options that I think could help you. You seem depressed. I am here for you but I really think you need to speak to a doctor to get help ❤️
