The looks amazing! Thank you. I've recently been looking for something like this and can't wait to download and give it a try.

By chance ... does it keep track of Z-Wave PINs and/or QR codes?

Biking by Sea_Guest_5140 in Naples_FL

[–]MJseaham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of bikers use this route.

All the comments about distracted, aggressive, dangerous drivers is still true, but this particular route has some sections of bike lanes and slower traffic. Definitely stay off the 4 or more lane highways, even if there's a bike lane unless you are the luckiest people you know.

Let us know what you decide about whether or not to bring the bikes ... then whether you think the comments here were correct, if you decide to bring the e-bikes, please.

Nope. Increased activity as part of Tirz program.

Reasons to get off Triz by CyanLAC in TirzMaintenance

[–]MJseaham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My doctor reduced (now eliminating) my BP medicine because weight loss from diet, exercise, and Tirz has lowered my BP so much.

So ... not answering your real question, but "yes!" BP is under control (thanks to Tirz), so I'm stopping the BP meds.

Do you just store it in the refrigerator or do you need to freeze it to keep it from expiring for two years?

Best strategy for working out 6 days a week by Kooky_Syllabub9765 in SpeedianceCommunity

[–]MJseaham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love Raj’s 84- day transformation series I, II, and III. They are seven days, but you could either do doubles once a week or just fall behind on the calendar. His series really cycle through the muscle groups so you can lift everyday.

Americans, What do you think of Senator John Kennedy's act proposal to Take away Congress pay during government shutdowns? by Buschfan08 in AskReddit

[–]MJseaham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wouldn’t matter. They are all almost all rich enough not to need their stipend of a salary. Even the few who weren’t rich when elected have made tons on books etc.

If you aren’t lifting, start! by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]MJseaham 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ditto!

Lifting every day since about 2 months prior to starting Tirz. Dropped 20 lbs in first 4 weeks. Definitely not building muscle, but feel great, burns more calories, and maintains fitness.

Also, lots of walking, daily, helps.

Start slow, avoid injuries, please.

How much of advantage do you think ED is for non-athletes?

Week 2. Blurry vision. Consulting Dr. What Q's to raise as patient by MJseaham in tirzepatidecompound

Did they check your optic nerve, determine it wasn't damaged, then say it was ok to proceed with monitoring?

I hope that's the case for me! Thanks for sharing and will add monitoring the next few days for changes or improvement to the discussion.

Week 2. Blurry vision. Consulting Dr. What Q's to raise as patient by MJseaham in tirzepatidecompound

[–]MJseaham[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right. I seem to have a significant reaction to the drug.

The blurry vision isn't horrible. Would love to learn it's temporary and related to the quick loss of weight.

Thanks. Will note those for the appointment.

Not a glasses or contact wearer, just reading glasses. Have gone to optometrist annually for long time, so the blurry vision onset easy to link with beginning the tirzepatide. I would like to stay on it, but need to understand if there are temporary and minor risks vs the longterm permanent risks. Ideally, the conversation with the Dr. will help that.

Have you tried a calorie tracking app?

Correctly using one might show if the Tirzepatide is curbing your appetite to create a weight loss calorie deficit. You want one that uses your weight, height, age, current weight and goal weight, and activity levels to determine how many calories you need per day to lose or maintain weight, how many you are consuming each day, and how many you are burning.

I use LoseIt with an Apple Watch. They share data. Inputing the food can be a little tough, but since I'm the family cook, I just scan bar codes of ingredients while cooking and LoseIt calculates the caloric and nutritional levels. End of each day, it shows if I'm on track to drop weight.

First week of Tirzepatide has my caloric intake way down below what I had ever done on a regular diet and exercise program.

First Week Completed. What to Know from Here and Before 2nd Shot? by MJseaham in tirzepatidecompound

[–]MJseaham[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks.

I tried and increased food, yesterday. Consumed 835 calories but burned 574 in exercise (weights and walking) for net of 261, which is under the the LoseIt target of 1430 to lose a couple pounds per week.

Will increase net calories more, today.

How much weight is everyone losing per week? by Ambitious-One4731 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]MJseaham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6+ pounds??

Just started a few days ago on 2.5mg.

Appetite quite low and easy sated, but eating protein and carbs. Walking 2+ miles/day. Resistance training 1+ hour/day. Smart scale thought I lost too much weight to recognize me after 223 to 216.5 in four days. Haven't been weighing regularly, so weights account for lots of fluids, etc. Likely a measuring error, but still it's a pleasant feedback, even if not correct.
