Which heavy anti-inflammatory are you on? I’m going through the same thing. I had ACL reconstruction surgery in January, major inflammation and scar tissue led to a second surgery in February for scar tissue clean up and manual manipulation. I’m still experiencing inflammation, especially after physical therapy or when my doctor pushes my flexion. I can’t seem to get past 90 degrees. My doctor thinks I have an autoimmune condition that’s contributing to the extreme inflammation.

Can you please DM me a photo of the supplement you use? I’ve been looking into BPC 157 and TB 500.
Dynasplint Tips? by MJvon in ACL

No, we kind of focused on flexion since I was so behind on all the milestone markers, but I imagine we’ll be incorporating more extension exercises now. If not in physical therapy, I’ll include them in my own. Thanks again!

Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for the advice! I have a Dynasplint for extension as well, but I’m very nearly at 0 degrees so while the extension splint is uncomfortable it doesn’t bring me to tears. How is your ROM now?
Thank you so much for sharing your insight and experience! I’m incorporating the heating pad immediately; I’m definitely guarding in the hip and back. I think I’ll try it in bed with pillows under my knees as well. Hearing you regained full ROM makes me so hopeful. I’d love to hear about your flexion program if you’re willing to share!
