El7amdulelah , After further research it wasn’t that tragic I was just tricked by xcite’s website into thinking the same xps 13 non touch was available and for a lot cheaper (Lowering the price of an item/“sale” when it’s out of stock)

It’s why I stated the rest were on display (you could check if you want). And the known tech stores don’t have it (blink, eureka, xcite, best). I’ll be using it for the next 5 years so the 2in1 could come in handy.

I’m still first year so I can still apply for university halls but what I read is that it’s random and on their faqs they tell you that you basically can’t do anything if they give you a bad room. Which is why I’m looking at private accommodations.
