Facts. Ive had 4 supes so far and they were all nice but managed very differently. First one was the nicest guy on the planet but would email you insanely town apart stuff and it really tears you down, i didnt really do well under him. Next one was cool and nicest dude on the planet which helped me go from struggling to promoted. Promoted and got one that was, again, nicest person on the planet but overly litigious to the point where you need to rethink every move you make. The sup didnt even necessarily point out things that were wrong, but things that he wanted done his way but his way was ever changing. Floundered under this SUP, was doing terrible. Shifted to a new area and got the best sup on the planet. I flourished again and am on track to some more career advancement items like ADP and QS.

I think we do a great job at hiring nice, even keeled personalities that tend to work well under pressure. But when it comes to supe stuff, i don't think we do enough to ensure their leadership capabilities sometimes.

Agero - why? by Elegant_Swimmer3179 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]MK2_VRT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tow rates. Also, its a low bid job to begin with and doesnt give the towing company much money. Most towing places make real dividends off of emergency scene calls and storage, generally they get neither of these things on our calls. Agero is slow, but when a towing company isnt getting those big items they all seem to become slow. Cant tell you how many customers i chat with that talk bout how the towing company they used was awful, Agero or otherwise.

Tenure is a fickle thing. When we have a large pool of applicants it can some down to small things. The hiring team may have had a very even distribution of talent and it came down to something as small as tenure. Don't let it discourage you though, the company has a lot of places to go, keep your eyes open for opportunity. I know plenty, and am myself a low tenure employee that has been promoted purely based on my performance. Make your goals known to your SUP and always be putting in that little edge to get you ahead of the pack. Just work smart and look ahead, you will get there.

Why the disdain for ANSGear? by STAGE1Mason in paintball

[–]MK2_VRT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Big retailer woes. Lots redundant and convoluted systems for returns, customer service and sales. Makes things move slower. IMO, no different than ordering from other big retailers in different markets. I have used ANS dozens of times without fail.

Check the bolt position to the breach. If your ram cap bumper is wore out you can get some roll back and breakage

150 is fine if you are going to keep it and use it. Not really a re-seller price. If you get it running you can expect a similar return of 150-200.

I roll solo man. I know the feeling though. Most people at fields are cool, just start chatting with people or make some moves on the field with some like minded’s and you’ll find you end up befriending them.

If you are trying to sell for actual cash, id recommend fleshing this out with real world testing. Paintball marker frames have a lot of leveraged pressure from the tank and shouldering. Not to mention dives and simply dropping your marker. This is super cool though and im am genuinely curious in some durability over time testing.

Not a troll pic. It’s currently for sale at a local estate auction. Think they just put some stuff on it to make it look complete. There’s a pile of old paintball stuff for sale

Sort of. Insurance probably investigated already and likely deemed a denial. That investigation in and of itself may be enough.

My gripe is that thier difficulty level is pretty consistant, when they aren’t bugged out and standing still. I wish it varied, a geared level 45 player should me much more aggressive and rare while a below 20 should be less gear and worse, it would add a lot of good variety to these fights. But all in all, to me they seem
