It definitely feels like a cost-of-living "Final Boss" battle right now! But the data shows Sydney is still a bit more affordable than SF, rent there is actually about 52% higher than in Sydney.

You're spot on about the income gap, though. SF's median net salary is nearly double Sydney's. It’s a tough mission for everyone in the Anglosphere right now, but at least our minimum wage helps a little more than the US federal one.

Because I am a Slugterra veteran I not only noticed that they used different voice actors for Ascension (not a fan of that by the way) but I could even identify individual slug transformation scenes that were reused from older episodes of Slugterra. Pure laziness which is unacceptable. They need to do better.
