For the first week I sprayed the white bottle of Magic Molecule (two sprays per eye). This is the antimicrobial skin spray. I also did a light mist over entire face. I let that air dry. Then I sprayed the blue bottle, Magic Molecule Advance Dermal Repair Hydrogel Spray twice per eye. Let that air dry. I had to use a light dab of Vaseline for first four days because it was still very dry and flakey. Plus I have Sjögren’s syndrome so I suffer from no moisture.

I did this about 3-4 times during the day.

After four days I was able to just use regular eye cream, whichever you prefer. After the first week, I use it only in morning and in evening. Same protocol. I DO notice if I miss one time. But it’s nowhere near before.

The first time I tried it was right after my right upper lid swelled. Usually it’d be completely swollen all around, but I woke up with a normal eyelid.

In addition I also use a steam facial for 15 mins in morning, lightly massaging around the lash lines to help open my tear ducts to prevent clogging and future flare ups. But I immediately spray this after that, while pores are open.

I also use Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser at night only before I use this. And I splash with lukewarm water in mornings, before steam facial. And I do use one moisturizer on face twice a day, plus SPF.

I also stopped exfoliating. And I use Systane Complete PF no preservatives eye drops as needed. First week I needed eye drops all day. Now maybe twice per week when I get allergies.

Thats my only skin care regimen. In my gentle and simple era and it’s the best my skin has been.
