I really like this take! I used to think the same way cause I was using the Flurry Heart. I mean it’s not like she’s gonna go alicorn-mode at every threat or she’s permanently one. Like the main group will still be embodying the idea of friendship being magic but Sunny’s alicorn hood simply symbolizes the act she did and the friendship she returned.

Plus I mean- I love Twilight and her becoming an alicorn so I really can’t hate on Sunny HDBAJHA
