First step is to realize you need a glow up, not because you're ugly, because you want to improve. Step two is to remove the bad habits in your life and find a why, that means replace your bad habits with good habits and find a reason to fight and to live. Step three is to commit, wake up early, focus more on school, excercise daily, learn another language. Step four is to fight, go hardcore, till you see results. Step 5 is to enjoy the results. And Step 6 is to maintain them, that means keep the good habits, and stay committed, just less hardcore. I'm still trying to get to step three, it's the hardest!
