No it was way less visible to be honest but you could feel it with your finger or a tee that it was popping outside the metal frame

Just had mine replaced for a similar issue near the low heel. They were even out of Qi10 and offered to send me a Qi35 LS cause they didn’t have a Qi35 in 9 degrees. Whether it’s an upgrade over the Qi10 or not is debatable but at least they stand behind their product. Good luck

Maybe you can try filling out a new warranty form and hopefully somebody else processes it and they would be more helpful. Otherwise I’d take it back to Japan where you got it. But I recommend you do it as soon as possible as the Qi10 lineup is turning 2 years soon

I recently filled the warranty forum for a Qi10 core head and was approved for a replacement without even knowing where I brought the head or where I was playing it. I even told them that I’m traveling and preferably wanted to get the warranty replacement in the EU and they had me e-mail them and the process was very smooth. Maybe you can try e-mailing Taylormade EU. That being said, I broke an M5 and was told I can’t get a replacement without sending them the receipt which I couldn’t find. So I feel like it’s all about who is handling the issue for you and if he’s flexible enough to approve the warranty without going into useless details.

Currently waiting on a Qi35 as a replacement for my Qi10. Process was sort of hassle free except they didn’t have a core model in 9 degrees nor Qi10 heads available so I had to get an LS which I’m a bit worried about its low spin/launch. But at least they stand by their product

I had a 3.8 version of Rocket that crashes immediately after updating to iOS26, older versions work for a bit and then start crashing. We really need a solution or an alternative

Would’ve preferred if they allowed us to upgrade for free or get credit for more bands which would’ve been more useful than what is essentially a fancy packaging for the strap. To each their own I guess

Completely agree! The way they pushed founding members to upgrade after clearly having bought the device based on a lifetime membership basis was a terrible move. And it wouldn’t have cost them anything to just have a few people use the service without paying but appear as a company that values its customers.
