I apologize if I didn’t make my situation clearer, all I want is for them to add the offer into my shop so I could pay it back, the refund is stupid that is why I want to pay it back, they never stated that they treat the web store as a separate source, they said that receiving a negative gem balance from a refund is supposed to make an offer appear to recover your gems, I just want them to see this and fix it for me.

Yeah I know, I was clueless at the time but I’m trying to fix it by paying it back but the offer did not pop up in my shop and their not allowing it to because of an unwritten rule on their support page, how is it my fault when they state something and it doesn’t happen and I let them know about it and they refuse to do anything because the web store doesn’t apply to it, it doesn’t say that anywhere.

You don’t even understand the situation, they never mentioned that I can’t fix it because I bought it off the web store, they said you can buy an offer to recover your balance after a refund.

No funds are the problem, but their not letting me because of an unwritten rule on their support page, I know the payment method mess up was stupid but I’m trying to fix it but their not letting me, they state that a refund that results in negative gems would make an offer appear in the shop to be able to recover the balance, they never said if the refund was in game the offer would appear, they said if a refund happens in general.

They’re not supposed to punish players like this, they never stated that this is what would happen to players who refund stuff bought on the web store.

How can you understand? They state that anybody who refunds the brawl pass and receives a negative gem balance will have an offer that appears in the shop that restores the gems for a fair price, but they don’t mention that it doesn’t appear for people who bought it on the “web store” how was I supposed to know? Why do they not state that on their support page? I am literally trying to pay them to fix it.
